How It Works (Simple & Straightforward)

• We ask the church to cover one budget-friendly, flat, all-inclusive fee. This single fee covers everything: Scott’s honorarium, his flight from Atlanta (ATL), hotel accommodations, a rental car in your area (unless the church provides a vehicle for him), and his meals.

• This gives you complete flexibility. You may offer the event free to your own families, neighboring churches, and the wider community—or charge for tickets and keep 100% of the ticket sales to recoup your investment. The choice is entirely yours as the host church.

• Get Real Conferences supplies print-ready promotional artwork plus a custom-filmed short video about the event. You can use these materials on social media, your church website, or in emails to your congregation and other local churches. We do everything we can to help you fill the venue.​

• Optional book offer: Copies of The Anchored Home paperback at a special reduced rate of $10 each (normally $15). For orders of 50 or more, the price drops to just $8 each—an outstanding discount that lets your church communicate, “We care about your family’s spiritual growth.”

• Worship Team Involvement: Your church or school’s worship team is welcome to lead the opening and closing music, keeping the event personal and familiar.

• Full Resource Center: Scott will bring additional family resources (Bibles, devotionals, apologetics books, journals, and more) for attendees to browse and purchase.

Flexible Scheduling Options

• The seminar can be hosted any night of the week. Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday evenings typically work best for most churches.

• Best Option – Saturday Morning: Host the event on a Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. to noon as a more relaxed 3-hour gathering. Scott’s teaching content remains exactly the same. This format allows for a short intermission, and the host church may offer light breakfast items (donuts, pastries, coffee, etc.) when guests arrive and during the break.

• Offer light snacks, finger foods, or desserts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

• Provide childcare if possible—this simple step makes it much easier for young parents to attend and often increases overall turnout.
